Dear Parent or Guardian:

This year we would like students to be able to take advantage of some powerful online educational tools. These tools have been selected to help facilitate learning in the classroom, and a link to each tool's corresponding "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Use" documents can be found on this site.

Our goal for this web page is to curate a list of all apps and digital educational tools that are used by CMIS students. We will keep you informed of any changes or updates that are made to this page so that you can always be aware of what your child has access to via their CMIS Google Workspace for Education account.

We encourage you to read through the policies linked below and let us know if you have any questions. A consent form will be sent to you, asking for your permission to allow us to maintain the Google Workspace for Education account that we have created for your student, and to enable the sharing of information (as outlined in the consent form) with these third-party apps. 

PLEASE NOTE: Consenting is not mandatory, however, this will impact your student's learning and progress by not allowing them access to the digital materials that are provided to them via Chromebook access. If you don’t agree to provide consent for your child to use these third-party apps, please specify that on the form we have sent you.
